The villa includes a private swimming pool (measures 6m x 4m, hmax 1.40m), a solarium area with sun loungers, 2 pergolas, one with outdoor table and chairs and the other with an outdoor living room on an ancient stone courtyard. Inside the property there is a large wood with holm and oaks of about 20 hectares. Inside the house there is an air-conditioned kitchen with sink, induction hob, oven, fridge, microwave oven and washing machine, a toilet with washing machine, 3 bedrooms with aircon and ensuite bathroom with shower, 2 of which are double and 1 triple room. There is also a trullo annex where there is a further double bedroom equipped with fan (so no aircon there), with private bathroom with shower.
