Casale Boara fits perfectly in the characteristic landscape of the Terra delle Gravine, where wide flat olive groves alternate with suggestive green ravines, all just a short distance from the Ionian coast. The “Casale”, in the Mottolese countryside, is near one of the main tourist attractions of the Ionian coast: Castellaneta Marina; moreover, from this residence it is possible to easily reach the Valle d'Itria and the charming villages of Alberobello, Martina Franca, Putignano and Grottaglie, the city of ceramics.
Casale Boara consists of a main stone structure, surrounded by a large garden with lawn, connected by some paths, also in stone, with the outbuilding, the large wooden pergola and the swimming pool with solarium.
Once you reach the house, you can relax in the shade of light straws at large stone tables with a series of stone and wooden seats.
Inside the house, you are greeted by large and bright spaces where the stone is the master, defining floors and walls of typical Apulian shapes. The large living room, in fact, is characterized by a long barrel vault, perfectly restored, with cozy sofas and sofas in light colors, a fireplace and several arches with stone-like details. The large stone fireplace is the element that also dominates the vaulted kitchen, where elements and details of the Apulian tradition are combined with modern appliances. In a totally traditional way the dining room is presented with an elegant pavilion vault and wooden furniture.
The structure also houses 3 bedrooms with double beds: two with a more modern character, characterized by a warm light and a cozy atmosphere, and a third with a traditional character; this, placed inside a beautiful space turned in stone, is characterized by a wrought iron canopy. There are also two large bathrooms with showers and stone details. The structure is also characterized by a terrace with a view of the entire property.
The annex, slightly shaded, to grant the right privacy, consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk bed and a large bathroom with shower. All with stone floors and refined details.
Moving around in the garden, you can enjoy the shade of a large wooden pergola, relaxing on the sofas or having lunch on the large central table, or cool off in the 6x12 sqm swimming pool surrounded by a stone solarium with deckchairs and the beautiful countryside Puglia.
Crossing the lawn you reach the stone barbecue.
