Passing two gates you are reaching a large scale courtyard with historical buildings and wonderful gardens.
An open staircase leads to the 1st floor, where there are two apartments (95m2 + 85m2) with terraces. High rooms with cross vaults underline the character of the house.
Two spacious apartments, each with 1 kitchen-cum-living-room:
Apartment 1
The apartment on the 1st floor on the left has about 95m2 and a large, well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and terrace, two bedrooms (each with 1 double bed + 1 single bed) with separate entrances, a small bathroom and air conditioning. The dimensions of the double beds are 1,60mx1,90m each, those of the single beds
0,80mx1,90m.
Apartment 2
Light-flooded, loft-like apartment on the 1st floor right of approx. 85m2 with terrace in front and own staircase, 1 bedroom for 2 persons (with double bed, dimensions 1, 60mx1,90m) with adjoining bathroom, kitchen-living room with baroque fireplace and adjoining living/dining area. A large pull-out sofa (1,80mx2m) in the living room creates space for 2 additional guests if required.
On the ground floor there are two more bathrooms with toilets, a guest toilet, a washing machine and an outside grill.
With both apartments the property offers place for approx. 10 persons and is ideal for larger groups of family and/or friends.

All our guests have access to the whole grounds in between the enclosure, which means: courtyard, two bathrooms in the outbuildings, pergola, olive-/orangegarden and all the other gardens including fruits of the season as well as herb garden. The accessible area has about 6000qm.
When booking, our guests have the entire area to themselves! Only Giovanni passes once a week and visits the gardens with his many plants and trees every now and then.
