The residence is furnished with attention to detail and a choice of refined furniture that creates a soft atmosphere, black Marquinia floor in the first rooms then ancient bases in Lecce stone until reaching the Lecciso staircase shaped by time which leads to the mezzanine floor and the First floor; The mezzanine floor in white wood with Afrormosia parquet is equipped with a sofa bed, a relaxation area and a private equipped garden where you can enjoy the beautiful Salento evenings. The first floor features a large open space in Chianca Leccese from which you can access the two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a hydromassage column.
