Here is a brand new holiday villa, immediately close to a large sandy expanse, excellent for adults and children. The sea is really just a stone\'s throw away, but the house is located in a private street, so it combines the tranquility of the location with the immediate proximity to an enchanting coast. The large brick garden extends over 3 sides and accommodates parking spaces, a veranda for outdoor dining, an outdoor shower with sink, a storage room with washing machine, as well as comfortable outdoor areas perfect for relaxing or sunbathing. The entrance shows a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, pots, dishes, etc.) equipped with a double sofa bed and table with chairs. Next to it is the first bedroom with a queen-size bed, then the large double bedroom in which on request we can add a foldable single bed. The furniture is brand new and there is also air conditioning and WiFi internet. Excellent for beach holidays and relaxation.

The house is located very close to the sandy expanse, which you will find just 40 meters away, both the free beach and equipped beaches. You are close to the \"Bosco e Paludi Di Rauccio\" natural park where you can go for beautiful walks either on foot or by bike, given the presence of cycle tourism routes. A little further south, the “Idume basin” lake is populated by aquatic birds. Minimarket, bar, bakery and fishmonger are just 3km away, in Torre Chianca, another of Lecce\'s marinas. Lecce is 5 minutes away by car. Here, you can appreciate baroque art in all its beauty and take a stroll through the streets of the historic center. Traveling along the coast road towards the south you will find the marinas of Frigole and San Cataldo about 5 minutes away, until you reach San Foca, Roca Vecchia, where you can take a dip in the natural pool of the Grotta della Poesia and Torre Dell\'Orso. Otranto, with its seafront, castle, historic center and beaches, is about 30 km away. To the north, the nearby Casalabate offers a large seafront for pleasant walks lined with numerous dining and nightlife venues.
