The villa, which has its own park of about 6000sqm, has a garden with attention to detail with a beautiful orchard, a large semi-Olympic swimming pool (10x20mt) equipped with 2 gazebos with relaxation areas, 2 barbecues, one of which near a gazebo and the other very particular, at the center of a round stone table, which allows you to dine around (specially built). The villa has 4 entrances, 3 from the large living room and one at the back that allows you to enter and exit directly on the pool side. Internally valuable details.
