The two bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom and one complete with a shower box, ensure comfort and convenience even for large groups.
Outside, the villa is transformed into a small Mediterranean paradise. The large fenced garden, also perfect for those traveling with their four-legged friends, houses relaxation areas and spaces dedicated to fun and well-being. The two verandas, one on the front and one on the back, allow you to fully enjoy outdoor life between sun-drenched breakfasts and moonlit dinners, perhaps accompanied by the scent of charcoal or gas barbecues. On summer afternoons, the above ground pool becomes the heart of the house, a place to cool off, relax and share unforgettable moments.
The furnished terrace with sea view is the real jewel of the property: a private solarium where time seems to slow down, between the blue of the sky and the blue of the sea that merge on the horizon.
