As you enter the villa, you come into a large living area. This is furnished with three sofas and a spacious table. A fireplace provides a focal point for the room. There is satellite TV. In turn this leads through to a well equipped kitchen. This has a door directly leading to the garden. A separate reading room provides a quiet space for those that enjoy their privacy or who need to get some work done whilst on holiday. The first of the four bedrooms is also on the ground floor of the property. This is a lovely room with large double bed (1.9 m by 1.6 m). It has a bathroom with shower and a jacuzzi bath.
The remaining three bedrooms in this Putignano villa are on the first floor of the building. One of these boasts an ensuite shower room whilst the other two bedrooms share a bathroom between them. All the beds measure 1.9 m by 1.6 m. All are equipped with a TV.
The outdoor space is divided into two separate, but equally beautiful areas. The first area is set to one side of the villa. This is where you will find the private swimming pool (14 m x 12 m and with a depth of 2.8 m), surrounded by lush green lawns and with a fitness area and outdoor sauna. Plenty of sun beds are provided. A gate leads to a second outdoor area. Here there is a large terrace. Here, in the shade of the pergola, you can enjoy meals sat together at the large outdoor table. An outdoor kitchen, wood burning oven and BBQ are provided.
This Putignano villa is just a 10 minute drive from Alberobello and only just a minute further away is Castellana Grotte. Locorotondo is a 20 minute drive away, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Martina Franca 30 minutes and Ostuni 45 minutes away.
