Situated just a few steps from the Piazza della Liberta where you will find the town hall, it's perfectly central.
Guests enter through a wrought iron door. A flight of stairs takes you from here to the main balcony. The entrance door to the villa is on this first floor.
Step inside and you will find a dining room. A kitchen sits to one side of this room. This is small but has a two ring gas hob as well as an induction hob, a coffee machine and sufficient crockery and cutlery. There is also a bathroom on this level. Bright red steps take you to a loft area where you can access the master bedroom suite. This is furnished with a large double bed and incredible exposed bath tub. There is also an ensuite bathroom with enormous shower for two, sink, toilet and bidet. This room has direct access to a balcony overlooking the historic centre of Ostuni.
A staircase leads from the dining area to the second floor of this luxury villa in Ostuni. Here you will find three further double bedrooms. On the right is a bedroom suite with double bed and impressive circular bath tub. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet and sink. A coffee maker and kettle are also provided for the convenience of guests.
The remaining two bedrooms are on the left of the hallway. Both are equally stylish and have ensuite bathrooms with showers.
The design throughout this luxury villa in Ostuni is contemporary and modern. Filled with exquisite furnishings, it has been finished to the highest quality with marble and parquet flooring, designer furniture and sumptuous fabrics.
At the very top of this luxury villa in Ostuni is a panoramic roof terrace. There is a small swimming pool for guests private use. This measures 3.2 x 2.2 metres and has a hydro massage feature.
