The swimming pool is 3.5 meters (11 feet) large by 11.5 meters (37 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool and is filled with salt water. The area is equipped with sun loungers. This area is also equipped with a masonry bench, and it is partly shaded by characteristic trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open all year round, although it is not heated.
Patio
The patio is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic pergolas with bamboo roof and by trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella and an external shower. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a football table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool, of the garden and of surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The living room is paved with resin. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker.
