A few minutes by car from the center of Monopoli, villa Loredana offers large and airy spaces both indoors and outdoors, in a hilly area immersed in the Apulian countryside. The house is arranged on one level and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The well-kept outdoor area, with lawn and ornamental plants, is completely fenced off, and houses the 15x4 sqm infinity pool, equipped with a solarium area with sun loungers and comfortable outdoor showers. The garden entirely surrounds the house, which therefore enjoys an excellent view of the pool through large windows. The 220 sqm interior consists of: entrance into the living area and open-space living room with stone fireplace, on the right side the kitchen area, equipped with every comfort, round table with seats and large window overlooking the garden, and a door window leading to the external veranda with barbecue, table with chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners and sofas. On the left side, instead, a relaxation area with a corner sofa and TV and finally a bathroom serving the living area. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, equipped with 4 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds each with en-suite bathroom with shower. In one of the bedrooms there is a walk-in tub for the best relaxation.
Villa Loredana is located in one of the most popular districts of Monopoli, you will find at your disposal grocery, butcher bar with excellent local meat, petrol station and more. On the way to Monopoli, you will appreciate the views of the sea and the countryside. Not far away are Castellana Grotte, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello and much more.
