Beautiful newly built villa surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, located a few km from the Adriatic coast near Castro, Marina di Andrano and Tricase Porto, Villa Encanto, which recalls the typical architectural structure of Salento farmhouses, is internally furnished and finished with a design minimal and modern which gives it a timeless elegance and purity. All the elements, the fabrics, the color combinations have been designed to make every environment perfectly harmonious with the context. An imposing structure with a gentle soul aimed at enhancing the authenticity and beauty of the olive trees and red earth that surround it. It is the ideal solution for families or groups of friends who want to spend a stay in contact with nature in a context of total relaxation just a few minutes from the wonderful sea of salento.
Composition (the structure is on two levels)
Ground Floor: entrance, large living area / open space kitchen which leads to a large porch where a large table with chairs is set up for dining al fresco, 4 double bedrooms each with its own ensuit bathroom, staircase leading to the lower floor ;
Lower Floor (also accessible directly from the garden via an external staircase): 3 double bedrooms each with its own ensuit bathroom and a small terrace of exclusive relevance; laundry area.
Exterior
The villa is surrounded by 2 hectares of olive groves and red earth, through a path of white brecciolina you reach the pool area where, slightly raised, there is a beautiful infinity pool with solarium set up with sunbeds and umbrellas. In this area there is also an outdoor kitchen equipped with an induction hob. Internal parking.
Note: the rental cost includes all utilities, bed linen and towels, pool towels, 1 midweek cleaning service with linen change, garden and pool maintenance, Wifi internet, welcome pack and final cleaning.
On request and at an extra cost are available:
additional sets of bed and bath linen 40eur;
winter heating 250eur;
additional cleaning service 25eur per hour.
It is also possible to organize personal trainer services, massages and personal chefs.
A damage deposit of 1,000eur must be paid upon arrival.
