Villa Carob is located in an exclusive residential village consisting of villas of various types, in unspoilt nature, the terraced olive groves to carob forests with spectacular views of the creek and the Acquaviva Castro. The villa is about 160 sqm interior, it has been recently renovated, and is composed of a living area of 60 square meters. (Open space) with kitchen open to the dining and living room with sea view. The sleeping area is composed of a ground floor with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two rooms have their own bathroom. In the basement there is another room of over 25 square meters, with fireplace and bathroom for exclusive use. From the living area it leads to a spacious terrace with sea view, which will be equipped with outdoor furniture. Two external stairs then leads to the sun terrace of 130 square meters with spectacular views of the sea and the Castro hill with the castle. The villa is surrounded by about 300 square meters of garden where there are two showers, a barbecue and an oven. The villa is about 800 meters from the sea. The lido is the nearest "orange blossom Flowers" with easy access to the sea. Less than 1 km is located the pretty village of Marittima with all facilities. To 1.5 km is the beautiful Castro. We are in one of the Salento area where the coast becomes high and rocky (and less crowded ...). However there are frequent coves and platforms that facilitate access to the sea, eg. Lido Porticelli, the chianca smooth and more. For those who enjoy easily accessible sandy beaches are those of the Ionian Sea to the north or those of Alimini. For lovers of hiking, throughout the area there are beautiful trails like those of Cipolliane tower Lupo, salt etc. During the summer months daily departing from Castro and marina of Andrano they are organized boat trips with visits to caves, or on a sailing boat with lunch on board with the catch of the day
