The apartment is only 50 meters from the beautiful sandy beach photographed, this "BLUE FLAG" sea with 5 sails is gently degrading and therefore also ideal for children. The apartment is 36 square meters in a pedestrian area on the ground floor with an independent entrance: it overlooks an enclosed garden of about 60 square meters equipped with a covered patio equipped for outdoor dining, brick barbecue, shower and many flowering plants. It is located near the amphitheater where, from 01/07 to 31/08, evening shows are held which end at 24.00.
The Cala di Rosa Marina Village, on the slopes of Ostuni, is guarded 24 hours a day by private security and can only be accessed with a magnetic card. In the Village there are restaurants, bars, supermarket, various shops, playground, medical guard, pharmacy, tennis courts, soccer, beach volleyball. Within the limits of availability, bicycles are granted for free use. The car park is inside the village and monitored by video. From 01/07 to 31/08, an animation team operates in the Village for both children and adults with various initiatives throughout the day and every evening a different show in the amphitheater. The related CLUB card is included in the prices indicated, as well as all utilities (water, electricity and gas) are included.
The apartment is equipped with all the accessories for a pleasant stay for 4 people: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, fridge with freezer, dishes, microwave oven. Only personal linen is missing. Upon reservation it is possible to rent it at a cost of € 15 per person, with mandatory weekly change. A € 50 end-of-period cleaning fee is required. In August we only accept reservations of minimum two weeks. Check-in 16/21 *** check out 08/10.
