The villa is situated just a few metres meters from the sea and is surrounded by a 3000 sqm garden, complete with an 8x4-meter heated swimming pool, and even a heated rooftop jacuzzi with fantastic sea and sunset views. And that's just the beginning of the luxury that awaits you! The villa is equipped with every comfort and convenience you could possibly need, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The mansion is divided into two buildings, each with its own unique charm and appeal. The front building boasts a large shaded terrace with a spectacular sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a luxurious double bed, and a stunning bathroom. The back building offers a shaded terrace, a small kitchen, and two connected bedrooms (each with independent access from outside) and two beautiful bathrooms. And for those with children or larger groups, the unique sofa beds that actually turn into bunk beds are sure to be a hit! You'll find them in two of the bedrooms, and thanks to the two additional sofa beds in the living areas, the mansion can host up to 14 people, including children.
Outside, the luxury continues with two terraces overlooking the sea, complete with tables, chairs, sunbeds, and a stone barbecue area - perfect for alfresco dining. And when you're done enjoying the beautiful outdoor surroundings, take a refreshing (or warm) outdoor shower before relaxing in your own private pool. And if you're looking for the ultimate in luxury, the pool can be heated upon request (surcharge: €100 for the preparation + €30 per day). If the pool is too large, no problem: there is a private heated whirlpool on the main villa's rooftop terrace, which can be heated up to 40 °C and thus can be used the whole year, including for your aperitifs during winter sunsets (jacuzzi available upon request - surcharge: €80 for the preparation + €20 per day).
The villa is equipped with TVs, air conditioning (cold or warm, depending on the season), mosquito netting, a washing machine.
