Masseria Apulia is a finely restored historic farmhouse, immersed in the Salento countryside and easily reachable from the SP 36 provincial road which leads from the city of Maglie to the city of Casarano. It rises 3 km from Maglie, a town known for the ferment of its commercial and artisan activities; 30 km from Lecce and Gallipoli; 15 km from the main tourist resorts of the Adriatic coast, such as Otranto, Santa Cesarea Terme, Castro; 25 km from Torre dell'Orso.
Masseria Apulia, is located within a land of about 10 hectares with olive groves, citrus groves and a crop field nearby. The farmhouse is divided into two blocks, with a portico in the centre. Two patios, one located in the front area and one behind the farm; In the rear courtyard, there is the swimming pool (11.5m x 6m, depth 1.48m), the outdoor dining table and the barbecue. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the farm.

Each of the other two bedrooms - more recently renovated - has an independent entrance and can be accessed from the patio on the front of the farm. Even these two rooms, although with an independent entrance, are adjacent to the main body of the structure.
