La villa è immersa in 2 ettari du uliveto e terra rossa, attraverso un sentiero di brecciolina bianca si raggiunge la zona piscina dove leggermente sopraelevata si trova una bellissima piscina a sfioro con solarium allestito con lettini ed ombrelloni. In quest’area si trova anche una cucina esterna dotata di piano cottura ad induzione. Parcheggio interno.
