Beautiful villa with its own swimming pool, near the enchanting beach of Porto Cesareo. The holiday villa features a garden with attention to detail and consists of: pond bordered by stone, dry stone wall style; swimming pool area with poolside relaxation areas (beach chairs, umbrellas, chairs); plants, flowers, palm trees and other trees; BBQ. On the front there is a spacious veranda with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Internally there are 3 double bedrooms furnished and equipped with fans; large living room with tables, chairs and other sofas and armchairs (including 2 sofa beds and an armchair bed, creating, when opened, additional beds); kitchen equipped with everything you need. Particularly suitable for the following types of residents: 3 couples; 6-7 people; families with children, 6 adults and 1-2 children. It enables relaxing stays, being surrounded by nature, but not isolated and very close to the sandy beach (with water which remains shallow for several meters from the coast). Please note well : here will not be accepted people who can not swim.
