There is the splendid Villa Conca d'Oro, which is surrounded by countless centuries-old olive trees that reach the sea halfway between the white town of Ostuni and the sea. The generously designed villa is situated on a large, secluded plot, which is characterized by a beautiful garden, which equals almost a park. In this Mediterranean garden with a lawn can be found, inter alia, Palm trees of various kinds, olive and pomegranate trees, weeping willows, a pine and a fig tree, it bloom bougainvillea, oleander, Pampas, myrtles as well capers, rosemary and lavender bushes. Lemon, orange and mandarin trees lining the driveway (ample parking available). -pots Terracotta and stone benches underline the typical atmosphere. A cobbled stone path leads you directly to the large veranda of the house where you can dine in the shade
Garden furniture and a Hollywood swing invite you to relax, a characteristic stone barbecue for beautiful outdoor barbecues course is also available. From the roof (flat roof), which is reached by a spiral staircase, you can see a bit of the sea.
On the terrace you enter the very large and comfortable living and dining room. This decorated with paintings and ceramic plates on the walls as well as personal mementos. A large fireplace, an antique cabinet and a beautiful glass table contribute to the atmosphere of the house. The modern, adjoining kitchen is open and very well equipped. This charming villa is built on 2 levels. The ground floor also includes a bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms (one with air-condition cold & hot) and a bathroom with shower. Washing machine, ironing board u. ironing board available to the guest also available.
The owner family lives every year from July (or August - by arrangement) to early September, even in the villa.

The sea, more precisely to the stunning beaches and coves of the Costa Merlata, Santa Lucia and Torre Pozzella there are only about 4-5 km. There are sandy and rocky beaches.
