Alla Villa offers a unique experience, a spacious house for 9 people, on one of the most exclusive streets in the fascinating city of Bari. With easy access to the highway, guests can enjoy city life and also explore the historic sites and beaches of Puglia. The ideal holiday at any time of year.
Access off the street is via a pedestrian gate with a wider gate for cars, leading to private parking for one car. The entrance door opens off a small raised terrace at the front of the villa.
On the ground floor, there is an elegant living room, furnished with 2 sofas, armchairs and a Smart TV. There is a small table with chairs in the corner, next to sliding doors which take you into the library, where you can relax with a book. The library opens onto the airy glassed-in veranda at the back of the house. Here you will find the dining room, which overlooks the garden. The large dining table and chairs make the perfect location for dinners with family or friends.
The kitchen is divided into two rooms. The first room houses all the equipment, fridge/freezer, kettle and italian Mokka machine. The main part of the kitchen is on the veranda next to the dining room. This beautiful room is fitted with an elegant new kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, oven and dishwasher. A glass door leads out to the garden. Sliding doors open to the dining room.
The private, fenced garden has a lawn and an attractive shaded seating area where guests can relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
Sleeping
The bedrooms are upstairs, reached via a wide staircase from the hall.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a wall-mounted TV and a wardrobe. A glass door opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden. This runs along the back of the house. There are comfortable chairs where guests can relax with a cup of coffee.

Location
The villa is 4 km from the centre of the city of Bari and just 200 meters from the highway. Guests can easily explore Puglia, taking in gems such as Alberobello (50 minutes), famous for its Trulli; Polignano a Mare (30 minutes) which offers excellent snorkelling and Monopoli (35 minutes) with its charming winding whitewashed streets and ancient harbour and the Baroque city of Lecce (1 hour 40 minutes) known as the “Florence of the South”.
Bari is best known as a busy port, however, it has a fascinating history. Two different areas of the city are worth exploring. Bari Vecchia (the old town) (20 minutes) and the Murat area (18 minutes). Wander through the narrow streets and try the delicious local food.
If you are tempted to recreate the local food at home, then try the daily fish market on the elegant seafront (Lungomare) (20 minutes) where the fishermen sell their catch directly from their boats. Bari has many other markets including the Monday morning flea market in Via Napoli (10 minutes) where you can find handicrafts, textiles and interesting craft items.
Bari airport is just 20 minutes away.
