The house can accommodate six people and is composed of a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed for two single joinable places, flat-screen TV and ceiling fan; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with TV; a complete bathroom with bidet and shower and a service bathroom with bidet.
While on the front the house boasts a very large veranda with entrance gate, a well-protected space with a wooden roof, where the presence of a kitchen, refrigerator, table with wooden chairs, sink, barbecue and TV allow you to enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors. 'open; a lawn with deckchairs and rocking chairs and a space large enough to park three cars.
At the back, the holiday home boasts a garden with washing machine and a furnished outdoor patio with sink and outdoor shower.
The services that the house offers, to make your stay comfortable, are air conditioning positioned in the hallway between the bedrooms and the dining room, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, washing machine and parking spaces.
Villetta Hikari is located in San Foca one kilometer from the sea and the Lungomare Matteotti, perfect for a relaxing holiday as it is far from the noise of the lively town.

Animali Domestici
La presenza di animali domestici piccoli o di medie dimensioni è ammessa nella casa vacanza, in fase di accordo, però, occorre farlo presente.
Le dimensioni vanno comunicate per una valutazione caso per caso da parte della nostra amministrazione, anche relativamente al numero di animali al seguito, che, in genere, non può essere superiore a due.
In ogni caso è previsto il pagamento di una somma extra per i costi da sostenere per una più profonda ed accurata pulizia alla fine del periodo di soggiorno. Tale somma è variabile, a partire da un minimo di € 100,00 (da intendere per l'intero periodo e non a settimana). In genere la cauzione è richiesta in presenza di animali domestici il cui peso supera gli 8 kg, e/o quando, trattandosi di cane, la razza è tale da ritenere opportuno richiedere tale somma a titolo cautelativo.
