Villetta Evelyn is a holiday home suitable for 6 people, located in the quiet countryside of Salento, among the mediterranean scrubs.

Salento, in close contact with nature.
Outside there a furnished porch with a seating area, a barbecue and a kitchenette so you can have lunch or dinner out in the open air. The porch is surrounded by organic vegetable garden and an extensive orchard available for guests to collect and consume fresh fruit and vegetables.
Two bedrooms, both with an en suite bathroom.
The interior consists of a well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with a single sofa bed ( for an extra person) and an en suite bedroom.
The
small villa is divided perfectly to host two families or two couples:
they each have a bedroom and private services, for exclusive use, the
living area and the external veranda is shared plus the villa is
completely fence
Among the amenities there`s barbecue, a
dishwasher, a TV, air conditioning in all the room, a hairdryer, a
microwave and an alarm system.
Small animals are welcome.

The position of Villetta Evelyn allowed you to visit a the most famous and characteristic places of Salento in just a few minutes, with the great advantage of living and resting away from the chaos and crowded tourist destinations.
The
Adriatic coast, with its palette of intense and brilliant colors, it`s
only 10 km away. In just 10 minutes, you will also find the renowned Marina Serra, one of the most beautiful natural pools in the world, and the Cala dell `Acquaviva, a small bay with transparent waters. Otranto, on the other hand, is just 25 minutes away. The beaches of Castro, Andrano and Santa Cesarea Terme are all nearby.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
