This villa is built on two floors.
The upper floor: entrance, large living room with sea view, fireplace and armchairs, dining room with dining table seating 8 guests, full-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, small twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room opens onto a patio with sea view. There is also a pergola equipped with dining table seating 10 guests for outdoor dining.
The lower floor: consists of the sleeping area and is accessed from the entrance on the upper floor. There are 4 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms are with sea view and have access to a terrace on the same level.
Villa Le Sciarre benefits of a gated, private access to the sea: A beautiful path of stone stairs leads down through the Mediterranean vegetation to a rocky cove with deep blue water. A concrete platform and stone stairs allow one to dive into the sea. Please note that the access to the sea is just 100 metres away but the path (160 steps without railing or any protection) is in part steep and might be a little bit dangerous.
The weekly prices include: gas, water and electricity utility charges up to 150 kWh (the excess consumption will be charged to the tenant at a cost of € 0,50 per kWh), bed & bath linen. Extra cleaning and housekeeping service is available at an additional cost (€ 10,00 per hour). End-of-stay cleaning (€ 200,00) is not included and shall be settled on site upon arrival.
