Villa Resta is a prestigious villa located in the countryside of Turi, 20 km far from Polignano a Mare, 28 km from Monopoli and 30 km from Bari. The villa offers a splendid panoramic view and has an outdoor swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. solarium area and a large garden to enjoy the fine weather in complete tranquility. Inside the accomodationi there is a spa with hydromassage tub and sauna, excellent to relax during your stay. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, Wifi and air conditioning and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The house is accessed via a large entrance hall, finely furnished and equipped with a service toilet. On the same floor there are three double bedrooms, two of them with an ensuite bathroom and one with adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with mini-bars.
A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a spacious living room with a large dining table and sofas. On the same floor there is a kitchen, equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge and sink and a service toilet. The living room leads to a covered veranda with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for summer meals, and a panoramic terrace from which it is possible to admire the sea and the nearby towns.
There is also a lower floor where we find the spa with hydromassage tub, sauna and bathroom with shower, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven and bar counter, a laundry room with washing machine, sink and two refrigerators. We also find a service toilet.
The kitchen leads to the outdoor area with swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (12m x 6m x min depth 1.50m / max depth 2.30m), solarium area with sun loungers, gazebo with outdoor tables and chairs and a large park.
At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998).
