We are delighted to describe this amazing villa: it appears discreet and perfectly integrated into the one hectare estate, as you arrive through the long main driveway. One does not notice that it is designed on 3 levels. The main entrance opens onto a beautiful flow of forms, bright spaces and precious decorations. The large living room overlooking the pool area is perfectly furnished: a living room with a crystal table, a large television screen, paintings, furniture de prestige and a remarkable statue. This statue represents David sheathing his sword after having defeated Goliath. From the living room, 3 doorways lead respectively to the kitchen, the ground floor corridor (to 4 of the 6 bedrooms) and the staircase leading to the beautiful tavern.
The 4 bedrooms have double beds and ensuite bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a whirlpool bathtub (Medusa mosaic). Some bedrooms overlook the pool at the back, others have a view of the surrounding estate. In one of them it will be possible to add a single bed and/or a baby bed. In front of the main entrance, a delicate fresco highlights the staircase leading to the tavern.
There, a large space develops through arches and other architectural openings. On the left, a lounge with armchairs, a fireplace and a large television, a dining area with a large table and a second fully equipped kitchen. On the right, the games room with the billiard table and the superb 4-seater table (wooden chessboard on one side and green carpet for card games on the other). In this tavern is the fifth and very large bedroom with double and single bed, the laundry room and a bathroom with bathtub.
A staircase outside leads to the upper level flat (penthouse) with a terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. This flat is thus independent and presents a living room (overlooking the pool) with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful double bedroom and a shower room. Both the bedroom and the kitchen have access to the large terrace and the endless horizon.
At the back of the villa, the garden is designed to make the most of every outdoor space. The large pool, with its harmonious and sinuous shapes, has a variable depth from 1.4 m near the access staircase to about 2 m at the wind rose mosaic on the bottom. The pool is bordered by a tiled floor where you can place the 8 deckchairs at your disposal. A pretty arbour shelters a large beach sofa and under the arches you will enjoy a spacious and comfortable space in the shade: table, chairs, small lounge. Next to the lounge, a shower room, a dressing room and one of the highlights of this villa: the sauna! Finally, for sports enthusiasts, there is a football pitch with night lighting.
