Stunning villa with swimming pool and garden in the countryside of Noci, a small inland village a few kilometers from Alberobello.
The villa, with its particular and curvilinear architecture, spreads over two levels. The entrance opens onto the living room furnished with a sofa, a fireplace, armchairs and a dining table. From here you can access the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms with balconies, two with queen-size bed each and one with a single bed. A spiral staircase leads to the lower floor that houses some sofas, a dining table, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a juicer. The lower floor hosts two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one twin bed. Two bathrooms with a shower and an ensuite bathroom with a hot tub complete the layout.
The added value of this villa is the large outdoor area, which includes a garden with sofas and sun loungers, a gazebo with a table where you can dine, a large stone barbecue and a private pool.
