Villa MaChri is located in Marina di Novaglie, a small seaside village on the Adriatic Sea, just a few kilometers from Santa Maria di Leuca.
This comfortable villa, renovated in 2022, is situated within the Costa Otranto-Leuca Regional Natural Park. It can accommodate up to 8 guests (with two additional beds available upon request), and pets are welcome (with prior approval).
The villa is only about 400 meters from the sea, within walking distance, and is well connected to other beautiful destinations via the coastal road SP 358.
Villa MaChri offers a spacious and secure environment, providing a peaceful paradise where you can enjoy wonderful, relaxing days, surrounded by greenery and close to the sea.
The villa is equipped with a heating system and Wi-Fi internet access, making it ideal for winter stays and remote working activities.
THE HOUSE
The house has been completely renovated and is elegantly designed, with great attention to detail.
Inside the house, you will find:

Additionally, a furnished porch with a barbecue corner and small outdoor kitchen, along with a smart TV and minibar, is perfect for organizing delicious barbecues.
At the back of the villa, you'll find 3 comfortable outdoor showers and a large garden with organic fruit trees, all fully fenced for privacy. The villa also offers ample parking within the property, both outdoor and covered.
