Wonderful villa with a typical Mediterranean style located in a privileged position on Santa Maria di Leuca with an amazing sea view. From the large and elegant terrace it is possible to see the reflections of the Santa Maria di Leuca lighthouse and enjoy a beautiful and fascinating panorama.
The villa has a wonderful stone terraced garden enhanced with various ornamental plants, a large sunny courtyard in front of the house with parking space and at the back a further relaxation area equipped with modern furnishings, barbecue, a small outdoor kitchenette and finally a relaxing garden protected by a beautiful pine forest.
