Large and surrounded by high walls, the garden will be perfect for your children to play safely. A beautiful covered and furnished terrace will allow you to take your meals outdoors. Inside, the spaces are laid out as follows: beautiful and spacious living room with a large wooden table, a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and various pieces of furniture; fully equipped fitted kitchen; comfortable double bedroom (baby cot on request); nice bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which can be joined into a double); charming bedroom with 2 single beds (also joinable in a double); shower room with toilet. Another shower room is accessible from the back of the garden. You'll also find a laundry room with a washing machine. The outdoor space develops on one side of the house (where you can park up to 3 cars in single file) as well as at the back where you can help yourselves with aromatic herbs (rosemary, mint, sage and parsley) One of the bedrooms offers air conditioning. In addition, the house is equipped with a television, an alarm system and security grilles on the doors and windows. Perfect for 2 families or a group of friends.
