Positive: This place is an amazing value! Great price for a very cozy place with all the amenities we needed. It was within walking distance of the ecological preserve as well as coffee shops, a convenience store, and a few restaurants.

Summary: Overall an great deal for a simple, cozy place in a beautiful location and I would highly recommend it!
