A stunning cottage (380sq.m.) in a 4,000sq.m. plot of land full of olive trees, traditionally built in hand cut local stone (castle-like) with breathtaking view of Gythio - the Laconian Gulf, where even Kythira island is visible. Its spacious rooms can accommodate up to 12 people making it the ideal choice for families or large groups who wish to discover southern Peloponnese -especially Inner Mani, and at the same time looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.
'Liopetra' is the name of the cottage as abbreviation of the Greek words ilios (sun), elia (olive) and petra (stone) describing its fundamental features.
The cottage extends over 3 levels, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; on the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy bedroom with a semi-double bed, a bathroom with jacuzzi shower head; on the 1st floor there is a large and spacious living room with fireplace and 3 couches (the L-shaped couch converts easily to a double bed), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub; on the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms, one master with a private bathroom and a private balcony, and another one with either 2 singles or 1 double-bed plus a bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and on the hall between them a fully functional kitchenette (electric hob, small fridge, washing machine, no oven) .
All bathrooms are equipped with glass shower screens and toilet facilities (such as hair dryers) and 2 laundries are located in the ground floor and in the 2nd floor.

Summary: My family and I (9 of us total) stayed here while visiting for 3 weeks. The hosts were amazing, very friendly and would check in to see how our stay was. The check in/check out process was seamless. The house spotless and comfortable and the AC was perfect (you know how important that is with the heat in Greece!) would definitely stay there again!
