Rental's Condition:
• Security Deposit € 400,00, to be paid once and that will be given back 60 days after the check-out;
• Administrative Fee € 350,00, to be paid once that includes the following services:
- Registration cost for the lease registration at the "Agenzia delle Entrate"
- Documentation required to validate the contract
- Waste tax
- Weekly cleaning of common areas
- Final cleaning of the room
- Assistance in providing further information in case of maintenance

• Monthly Rent € 350,00 (to be paid within the 5th of every month);
• Cleaning Products € 5,00 (to be paid within the 5th of every month);
• Stamp € 2,00 (to be paid within the 5th of every month);
• Utilities (water, electricity, gas) not included in the rent and that are on consumption (to be paid within the 5th of every month).

The owner will reserve the possibility of accepting or denying your request, depending on the maximum number of tenants in the apartment.
There is a possibility that there are more tenants in the apartment than the indicated number.
