Excellent villa with sea views, on the south beach of Spiaggiabella. The house with sea view, which has a great location, is the last house before the sandy beach. This makes it possible for you to enter the beach from the garden and thus enjoy a unique sensory experience. The adjacent beach, of which there are some photos, is a free beach, with a shallow water depth, which still remains very flat after a few meters of the coast. Therefore, it is very suitable for children. To the right and left of the open sandy beach there are sections with equipped lidos / bars. The large garden surrounds the entire house. Here you will find a cozy porch for outdoor dining or for a healthy breakfast. The unique location watching the crystal clear waters along the way. There is further a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols, sun loungers and a side passage with the outside shower, one side with parking. The roof terrace, with panoramic sea views, is not equipped, but you can take one of the chairs to enjoy the hot summer sun or the spring.
