Great holiday villa with sea view from both, the garden and the covered and equipped veranda, located about 50mt from the fine sandy beach (where you will find both free zones and equipped lidos), in a wonderful resort of Ionian Salento, Sant'Isidoro, known for its superb beaches where the water gently slopes from the coast, allowing a pleasant and safe bathing. The villa, which we can claim to be one of the most beautiful of this tourist destination, has a large front garden, bordered by high perimeter wall, embellished with hedges with flowers and ornamental plants; A spacious covered veranda, equipped with everything you need (wicker lounge with coffee table, sofa, table with chairs, relaxation deck, barbecue); From the veranda, corridor leads to the rear garden, with lemon tree and area to hang clothes to dry. Through the main entrance we enter a comfortable corridor that divides the large living room more or less symmetrically and disengages the following environments: 3 bedrooms; one spacious double bedroom with bunk beds, air condition and table with 12 chairs, a beautiful fully equipped double bedroom, a third comfortable double bedroom with glass stones instead of a window (here the bed can be organized into 2 single beds). There is also a large living room with double sofa bed, sofas, armchairs, various furniture, impressive 50-inch flat-screen tv. Very comfortable is the fact of having two bathrooms, both with shower box and service. In the kitchen, we have just installed the new stove with oven. From the kitchen you access the laundry room, with washing machine, iron and ironing board, to then exit to the corridor on the side of the house which leads to the back garden (where we find beautiful lemon tree and outdoor shower). Perfect for groups up to a maximum of 10 guests. Ideal for beach vacations and relaxation.
