The spacious, completely independent house has welcomed guests since 2015. It is in Castro Marina on the first floor on the coastal road, which constitutes the main entrance, less than 50 meters from the descent to the sea "The rivers". The second access, on the back, overlooks via Panoramica and has 2 shaded internal parking spaces. From the whole property you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the coast from Castro to Tricase Porto. From the private parking spaces you can cross the terraced gardens of the villa, for the exclusive use of guests, with Walloon oaks (characteristics of the territory) and carob trees, as well as the two large terraces, all spaces, pertaining to the villa, equipped with a suggestive lighting that allows guests to enjoy it even in the evening. Inside, you find yourself in a large and bright living room with large windows and a balcony overlooking the sea that extends the entire length of the room. Fully furnished, with two-seater sofa bed, armchairs, TV and comfortable dining room, open kitchen with built-in breakfast top, fridge and sink, containing all necessary equipment: pots, plates, glasses and various utensils. The sleeping area, equipped with mosquito nets, consists of a double bedroom with a personal bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds according to customer needs, both equipped with comfortable wardrobes. The two bathrooms have been recently renovated and are equipped with spacious shower cubicles, accessories, hairdryer and towels. Air conditioning is in the living room with open kitchen and dining area.
The villa has two large terraces. The first is dominated by a large and suggestive secular olive tree: it is equipped with a comfortable wooden table, chairs, barbecue and a comfortable outdoor shower. From here you enter the laundry room, equipped with washing machine, clothesline and all the necessary for cleaning the house. The second terrace - solarium allows you to enjoy a breathtaking view over the Gulf of Castro and on some particularly clear days you can also admire the reliefs of Albania and Greece.
It is equipped, on request, with complete linen for the beds, the kitchen and the bathrooms.

From the villa you can easily reach the center of Castro and the port on foot.
Two bicycles are also available for guests for short trips. The historic center and the Castro museum are equally reachable with the train that runs along both the coast road and the panoramic road. During the high season, the trains run every 30 minutes.
