Sea View 33 is a terraced house just 300m from the beautiful coast of Santa Cesarea Terme, on the Salento peninsula. The house sleeps 6 people and makes an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday in this lovely town, as well as an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding area.
The entrance to the house is through a delightful terraced garden which has chairs and a table for relaxing with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Wide glass doors open onto the living area, bringing the outside indoors. This room is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table. The kitchen is partially separated by a half wall and is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, food processor, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The terrace is set up for dining al fresco, with a table for 6 people and a large umbrella.
Stairs take you up to the bedrooms and a spacious terrace with a great sea view. To the right of the stairs there is a small built-in wardrobe where there is a washing machine.

Location
Centrally located in the famous coastal spa resort of Santa Cesarea Terme, with its thermal baths and fascinating caves, this house is an ideal choice for a relaxed holiday. The town has many different bathing areas, including the stunning Cala Porticciolo (7 minute walk) or the Cala Fontanella (5 minutes). The town’s natural thermal baths attract visitors from across Italy and beyond. They are open from May to the end of November.
The weekly market is held every Thursday morning. Here you can find the best local produce to cook at home. Otherwise, there are many excellent restaurants and pizzerias, as well as a dizzying range of ice-creams.
Not to be missed is the city of Lecce (40-minute drive), known as the “Florence of the South” and blessed with wonderful Baroque architecture as well as Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just over an hour away by car.
