Looking at this little wooden house, very modern and painted in white, with its elegant private plunge pool, surrounded by nature and located between the vegetation and the sea, one could think of being in Scandinavia. Yet here the sea is bluer than the sky, the hedges are of Mediterranean plants, and in fact we are on the Ionian coast of Salento, where the golden beaches slowly give way to rocks and cliffs, before reaching Santa Maria di Leuca, the meeting point of the Ionian and Adriatic seas and the tip of Italy's heel.
Right under the house there is your private access to the sea (rocks, not suitable for small children or people with walking difficulties). Alternatively, you can reach the renowned Lido Marinelli (also rocks), a few tens of meters away, or the sandy and pebble beach of Felloniche (about 200 meters). Or stay at home and relax in your private plunge pool, equipped with an air bubble whirlpool function.
The house, recently completed, is built with quality materials, favoring wood and glass. Inside, it has just one room, with a double bed, open with a large window towards the sea. The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, shower and towel warmer. The interiors are air-conditioned (hot or cold, depending on the season). There is also a small kitchenette with two electric plates, a small refrigerator and some basic pots and pans to prepare breakfast or some simple meal.
Outside you will have your private shaded terrace with table and chairs and a wooden solarium area with loungers, ideal for sunbathing after a relaxing swim in the sea or in the tub.
Nearby there are numerous services: at the Lido Marinelli it is possible, during the summer season (from mid-June to mid-September), to use the bar or restaurant for your meals, just a few dozen metres away from your house. Alternatively, other restaurants are available, open all year round, just a few hundred meters away. There are several supermarkets within a few kilometers.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €60, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €60 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €200 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
