Review Score: 4

Summary: Communication regarding check in was difficult as there was no response using the Expedia messaging system. We ended up having to find the website and using WhatsApp to contact them regarding check in information. This resulted in a lot of unnecessary stress. Once we had checked in using the electronic key we contacted them again regarding the key code provided not working to retrieve the backup physical keys in case the electronic key failed from the lock box but were told it was an issue with how we were using the lockbox and not an issue with the code. At 2 am other guests who were provided our key code by the hotel entered the apartment while we were sleeping. Not a good experience. This is quite unfortunate as the apartment itself was quite nice and well appointed but the communication and safety issues makes me not recommend this stay.
