It is located near the sea and next to the city center, a very nice and popular neighborhood among young people and families. In Bari is undoubtedly the quietest, most livable, economical, and multiethnic area. It is a district particularly rich in services and premises. It is near the district of Murat and the South-East Station of the Apulian capital. The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building and is completely renovated and modern. It consists of an entrance hall, where you can enjoy a relaxing corner, a well-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and an external balcony used as a laundry area, two bathrooms with a shower and bathtub, and six large bedrooms.
A few minutes away from the Bari Sud-Est train station that connects to the Central Station of Bari (2 minutes approximately). In addition to that a few meters away from the Lungomare Nazario Sauro and Corso Sidney Sonnino, there are several bus lines.
A few meters away you will find the Esedra cinema, the Palazzo theater, the Giaquinto Provincial Art Gallery, the Church of San Giuseppe (1930), the "Pane e pomodoro" beach, the Carabinieri barracks, and above all the intense blue of our sea.
This room consists of a double bed, a bedside table with a lamp, a three-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, and a small bookcase. It is equipped with heating and is an excellent solution for young workers and students.

-Italian contract registration fee at the "Revenue Agency" to validate it by law (starting from 87 euros);
-Documentation necessary to validate the contract (like OFFICIAL FISCAL CODE);
-Weekly cleaning in common areas (living room, kitchen and bathroom);
-Waste disposal fee;
-Italian TV rate;
-Final cleaning of the room;
-Inernet wifi;
-Assistance.
EXTRA COSTS:
- Public services (water, electricity, and gas) are for consumption
