A bright and cheerful holiday home with a fantastic, panoramic views of the sea, sunset and mountains Pelion, Ossa and Olympus. The property was completely renovated in 2017. It is situated on a private little hill in a fully enclosed garden with a gated driveway. There is ample parking for 3 cars. All 3 bedrooms are on the first floor each having an A/C unit, balcony, drawers and wardrobe, bunk bed and a double sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. We have a guest WC on the ground floor and two shower rooms with a WC upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped including a tall fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine. Well stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils and cookware too – a home from home! There is a long washing line in the garden, 3 clothes airers and ironing facilities. Sitting and dining areas inside and out, front and back. Electric sun canopy over the front terrace. Free WiFi. Large flat screen smart TV with Bulgarian satellite channels. In the garden there is a built BBQ kitchen with sink, sun loungers and an outdoor shower with hot water so you can wash the sand off after the beach.
