On the hill of the marvelous Marina di San Gregorio there are two elegant houses that overlook the entire bay.
After passing the mighty gate and following the elegant path, you are banned from the care and beauty of the large garden that completely surrounds the two structures. Secular olive trees, cycas, aloes and large rosemary plants, together with other flowers typical of the Mediterranean scrub, give fragrant touches of harmony and freshness. To complete a very comfortable grass garden, next to the main house, with a swimming pool being installed. On the back of the houses there is a barbecue and a wood oven, plus two comfortable showers when returning from the sea, close to a lovely citrus grove.
La pizzica consists of two beautiful villas A and B. The first (Apt. A) has a large fully furnished veranda with an enchanting sea view. Inside there is a delightful air-conditioned living room with sofas, armchairs, TV, fireplace. In the same environment is the eccentric built-in kitchen, equipped with every accessory and crockery. From here, as from the living room, you can go out onto the veranda or enjoy the view of the sea and the garden, remaining comfortably on the sofa. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms (one of which with en-suite bathroom). Both air-conditioned and with windows equipped with mosquito nets. From one room you can go out onto the garden. Finally, the bathroom, also completely covered with multicolored Tunisian tiles and complete with all services. Apartment B, on the other hand, has a private and furnished veranda and internally an air-conditioned eat-in kitchen with sofa bed, an air-conditioned double bedroom and a complete bathroom.
In the beautiful garden there is a ground pool of 5.5 meters in diameter.
