Over the years the last feudal lord, Luigi Villani, has received numerous awards thanks to the work of his company, including the gold medal at the Paris international exhibition in 1912. Upon his death, Malvina Ashian briefly took over the management of the entire estate, before handing over everything to his adopted daughter, Assunta.
From 2014 to today, the Palace has undergone a complete renovation aimed at preserving its history, starting a business that could open its profound beauty to the public. In the hall, in the common rooms and in some rooms there are books, paintings and art objects dating back to the 18th century, which now make up a unique, open and widespread museum.
