The structure, located in Lido Conchiglie, was built in 2014 and is located just 150 meters from the sea, with its natural pools and is only 500 meters away. from the golden beaches that run from Lido Conchiglie to Gallipoli (about 5 km). There are free and equipped beaches, some of which have jet skis and surf schools so you can try this exciting sport.
Cafes, pubs, restaurants, bakeries and a weekly market are all within walking distance (150 meters).
The area has numerous coastal paths for long walks.
Discos and water parks are located a few miles along the coast.
For an alternative day or an evening out, Gallipoli is 5 min. by car with its bars, restaurants, pizzerias, shops and boulevards on the sea.
Lecce, the baroque city, is easily reachable just 40 min. of cars. I highly recommend you to visit this beautiful and enchanting city, with the magnificent historical center in which they are located: the cathedral, the cathedral, the Roman amphitheater, the churches and many old narrow streets characterized by numerous shops, pubs, restaurants, craft workshops and theaters.

You enter the dining room with kitchen through your own private gate from the street.

The bedroom window overlooks the garden.
There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.
