Villa Neapolis is a gorgeous luxury home in Puglia located just few km from the Adriatic coast, the villa is into an exclusive residence in a very quiet place, this property is in a perfect location for enjoy either the coast or the beautiful cities of this wonderful region.
The villa has a large private garden which is gated and goes all around the property made of grass and olive trees, there are covered areas equipped with garden furniture such as sofas and arm chairs, owner also created an external kitchen with wood oven and electric stove where to organize al fresco meals.
The villa is about 150 square meters and develops in one floor, at the entrance there is a large open with sofas satellite tv, fire place and dining corner with table and chairs, the living has large glass doors which opens to the garden; there is a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There are three bedrooms each with a king size bed and two full bathrooms with shower.
The villa is complete with air conditioning, internet wifi, dish washer and washing machine, barbecue and gatet private parking.

Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 10am
Security deposit (Refundable):
500 Euro that will be collected (in cash) on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.
