The villa is surrounded by nature and beautiful villas and residential buildings. The garden on the lake side is ideal for sunbathing. A highlight is the rock garden around the house, which is covered with palm trees and other southern plants. Adjacent to the garden with pool and barbecue is a cozy fireplace room with rustic seating for everyone, with board and card games, ideal for private family celebrations by arrangement. There is a garden seating area near the barbecue. Your vacation destination, Olgiasca, is located on a headland that is one of the top vacation spots on Lake Como. North of Olgiasca, about a 5-minute drive away, is Colico with good shopping, a beautiful lakeside promenade, and Lombard restaurants. From the boat landing, you can reach all the attractive towns around the lake. A regional train takes you from the small local station in Colico to the fashion metropolis of Milan without having to change trains.
