Positive: We had a very nice stay at Maranello. The room was stylish, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the heating system was great; we were super cozy (we stayed in January when it was very very cold). We really enjoyed the breakfast, which they brought to our room every day - the fresh local ricotta was so delicious! Most of all, we thought the staff were fantastic. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with everything. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, but it looked really nice.

Negative: To us, it felt a little bit like an upscale motel rather than a resort. The bedrooms open to the outside and there aren’t really any areas to relax other than in your room. It must be nicer in warmer months when you can enjoy the pool area, but as it was winter, we were pretty much just in the room. We also thought it would be in the mountains but it was in a village on the outskirts of Maranello. Still a nice enough area, but not in the mountains as the name suggests.
