The house is near from one of the most beautiful beaches on Sardinia and in the world. It is 8 km long and accessibile within a 5 minutes by walk. In February 2021, Costa Rei was awarded the “Travel Blogger Award” by Lonely Planet, the prestigious publishing house that writes travel guides, as it was considered one of the 5° most beautiful beaches in the world. The villa looks out over a nice, private condominium park, 1600 m2 park typical of the Mediterranean flora, which has private parking. The house it is in the centre of Costa Rei, just 150 m from the main road full of restaurants, pizzerias, bars, markets, news vendors, banks, and squares with lots of activities on offer.
Cleaning service is available upon request. Free Wi-Fi is available for 100 GB. Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival. Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the property.
