Enclosed in a heavenly setting we find a lovely detached house with a large outdoor space with a panoramic sea view and private access to the Cipolliane path.
The strong point of the house is represented by its terraced garden which overlooks one of the most beautiful and uncontaminated views of Salento.
Inside the house has an entrance to the living room equipped with a built-in kitchen, corner sofa and dining table. There is also a ceiling fan and dishwasher.
The sleeping area consists of two queen size bedrooms and a bathroom complete with all services with shower and washing machine.
Externally beautiful and large rock garden surrounded by Mediterranean scrub equipped with deckchairs, outdoor shower and barbecue.
Due to the location of the accommodation in close contact with the sea, TV and wifi are not available.
The house is located within the Sentiero delle Cipolliane between the Ciolo Bay and the Novaglie marina, a special location in Southern Salento for those seeking a breathtaking landscape, crystal clear sea and a quiet and relaxing area. Ideal area for lovers of trekking, snorkelling and climbing. Both sea place are far 1400 meters from the house, less than 2 minutes driving by car or 10 minutes on foot via Cipolliane path.
There are several coves nearby for swimming in a fabulous sea. The house also has a large parking area inside the property.
