Ground floor in a beautiful historic building located in the historic center of Salve, charming city in southern Salento, a few miles from Santa Maria di Leuca. The ground floor of the building has recently been carefully restored. The original structure with vaulted ceilings has been enriched with furniture and decorative objects from the 50's to the 70's. The interiors are spacious, with high ceilings. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary. The three bedrooms have their own bathroom. The master bedroom, next to the the kitchen, is independent and has a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and television. The other two rooms are connected but independent. The first is quite spacious with a double bed, the second is smaller with a full bed and a bathroom with an anteroom. The entrance of the building opens on an ancient porch. On the right lies the main room including the living room and the kitchen, while on the left are the other two bedrooms.
The outdoor courtyard is surrounded by high walls in local stone, ensuring privacy. The lush garden is decorated with a collection of succulents, a very high palm tree, a mandarin tree and an olive tree. A walkway, impeccably renovated, offers privacy and shade during the hottest hours, to relax or read during the day, and have lunch or dinner al fresco. The pool has an electrolysis salt system with a lower concentration of chlorine in the water. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available.

The weekly price includes: the consumption of water, electricity up to 150 kWh per week (the excess is charged to the tenant at a cost of € 0.32 per kWh), pool maintenance 2 times per week, house cleaning on Wednesday mornings. On request, additional cleaning service at a cost of € 9.00 per hour. The weekly rate does not include change of linen and final cleaning at € 150.00 to be paid on the day of arrival.
