Every single house enjoys a unique and panoramic view that sweeps along the coast road that leads from San Gregorio to the beautiful beaches of Torre Vado. The various cottages, with terraced gardens, have their own access and each of them enjoys privacy and confidentiality because they are independent and fenced, the only shared space is the parking (3 parking spaces) divided from the houses and guarded by a gate.
Cottage 3 (for 2 people) has a large covered terrace bordered in part by an ancient trullo surrounded by beautiful and unspoiled Mediterranean scrub. The terrace enjoys a suggestive paroramic view which, together with the dry stone walls, the vegetation and the surrounding houses clad in rock seem to lead back, with nostalgia, to an ancient and distant reality. This space is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower. Inside, the small and charming residence has a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa. There is an air-conditioned double bedroom and, finally, a comfortable bathroom equipped with all services.
